At the foundation of MASKER are the handcrafted smokers designed and built by Billy. What started as a passion for creating high-quality smokers and firepits helped shape the business into what it is today. Each smoker and firepit is carefully handcrafted using recycled materials from trusted local partners, combining sustainability, craftsmanship, and performance.

Our catering is powered by these very smokers, delivering the signature deep, smoky flavor and fall-off-the-bone tenderness that keeps people coming back.
